Years ago, I found myself standing at the edge of a life I no longer recognized—navigating a divorce with young children, cycling through career transitions, and facing the uncertainty of starting over, again and again.

Relationships shifted, jobs came and went, and for a long time, I felt like I was simply trying to keep my head above water. But somewhere in that storm of change, I found something I never expected—a path forward, a path toreinvention.

Dessi Schachne understands the courage it takes to step away from the familiar to create a life of true alignment and authenticity. After rising to the C-Suite as a marketing leader, she made a bold pivot—choosing purpose over prestige and redefining success on her own terms.

Her path hasn’t been linear. Navigating the challenges of divorce, reclaiming her health, and raising three children, Dessi found resilience, clarity, and a deep passion for helping others embrace transformation.

At the Reinvention Retreat she brings her warmth, creativity, and magnetic energy to guide participants through their own reinvention.

On Day Three, we’ll begin with gentle movement, calming meditation, and reflective journaling to set an intentional tone for the day. From there, we’ll journey by boat to a charming waterfront homestead on a neighboring island for a private garden tour, another inspiring floral arranging workshop, and a gourmet lunch overlooking the sea. The afternoon invites you to slow down and savor Dent Island Lodge’s luxurious amenities - whether it’s soaking in the hot tub, unwinding in the sauna, enjoying a light workout in the gym, or just taking in the stunning scenery. As evening falls, we’ll gather for a cozy pajama party complete with dinner and a game night - a perfect blend of laughter, connection, and retreat magic.
